Do I get a phone number?
No. RoamClean plans are data only. Here's what that means on your trip.
Your RoamClean eSIM gives you mobile data, not a phone number. You can't make normal calls or send SMS with it. Internet apps work as usual: WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime, Google Meet and Zoom.
Your WhatsApp account stays on your usual number, because it's tied to that number, not to the SIM that carries your data. On iPhone, Apple notes that FaceTime and iMessage keep working on your home line when you use a travel eSIM for data.

Video calls work like on Wi-Fi, using your plan's data.

Work normally. Text-message codes arrive on your home line (see below).

Normal phone calls
There's no number to call from or to. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime or another calling app instead. - 2
