No. The plans are data only. If a booking or delivery service in Japan asks for a local phone number, use your home number or the messaging app the service supports.
The day pass comes from a different partner package: it runs on KDDI (au) and SoftBank and its traffic exits through Singapore. The fixed plans run on NTT docomo with a Japanese IP address.
