Yes. The Europe plan covers 33 countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland as well as the EU countries you'd expect. It does not cover Türkiye, Serbia or the Balkans outside the EU.

Yes. Hotspot (tethering) is allowed on every Europe plan. Anything your laptop or tablet uses counts toward the same data allowance.
Your data travels through our partner's internet gateway in the United States, so that's where your IP address appears. Maps, messaging and browsing work normally. Some streaming or banking apps may show content for that country or ask you to confirm it's you.
