Your phone connects to Telcel or AT&T automatically and switches to whichever is stronger. Telcel reaches more of the country, especially outside cities; you can also choose Telcel by hand if AT&T is weak where you are.
What your phone will show
At the top of your screen you'll see Telcel or AT&T, not RoamClean. That's normal. You can name the line "RoamClean" in your phone's settings so it's easy to find.
Your IP appears in Singapore
Traffic on the Mexico plans exits through Singapore, so websites see a Singapore IP address. Maps, messaging and browsing work normally.

Yes. Hotspot (tethering) is allowed on every Mexico plan. Anything your laptop or tablet uses counts toward the same data allowance.
Your data travels through our partner's internet gateway in Singapore, so that's where your IP address appears. Maps, messaging and browsing work normally. Some streaming or banking apps may show content for that country or ask you to confirm it's you.
