Who is responsible

RoamClean, a sole proprietorship based in Huntsville, Alabama, United States, is responsible for your personal data. Questions or requests: hello@roamclean.net.

What we collect

• Order details: your email address, the plan you bought, and your billing country and postal code. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store the full card number.
• eSIM details: the eSIM's ID number (ICCID), whether it's installed, and how much data and time are left, so we can show them on your order page.
• Technical details: your IP address and device type, so we can show the right install button, prevent fraud and fix errors.
• Messages: what you send us when you ask for help.

Why we use it

• To deliver your eSIM, email your receipt and install details, and show your order page.
• To handle top-ups, refunds and support requests.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and sanctions requirements.

We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who processes it for us

These companies process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Stripe: Payments, fraud screening and receipts (United States)
• eSIM Access: eSIM profiles, network service and usage data (Hong Kong)
• Resend: Order and support emails (United States)
• Vercel: Hosting this website (United States)
• Railway: Our servers and order database (United States)
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection at checkout (United States)
• Sentry: Error reports so we can fix bugs (United States)
• Help Scout: Support email inbox (United States)

Your data may therefore be processed in the United States and Hong Kong. We use providers that protect it with industry-standard security.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years. Support messages and technical logs are deleted when we no longer need them to help you or keep the service secure.

Cookies

We use only cookies that the site needs to work, such as keeping your checkout secure. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@roamclean.net from the address you used to buy. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations, and we'll tell you if so. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

RoamClean isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date below and, for important changes, tell recent customers by email.
