Yes. Hotspot (tethering) is allowed on every North America plan. Anything your laptop or tablet uses counts toward the same data allowance.
Your data travels through our partner's internet gateway in Belgium, so that's where your IP address appears. Maps, messaging and browsing work normally. Some streaming or banking apps may show content for that country or ask you to confirm it's you.
If your eSIM was never installed, you get a full refund to your card, anytime within 180 days of purchase.
